“My debut single, "Gray Avenue" dropped on January 19th, 2025 to all major platforms. This is a song about how many of us, at one point or another, are on the wrong path, paving the Gray Avenue, or the road to our graves.

 

The song is inspired by times in my life when I didn’t feel fulfilled, getting by, struggling to pay bills, not pursuing my passions, and losing myself in the process. I hope that Gray Avenue will reach others who have felt that way, and push them in the right direction.

 

I started putting the beat together for this track a year earlier, wrote the lyrics, then put it on the back burner because I was at a loss with how to move it forward. That was until my producer and good friend, Leonard Dwayne Apodaca (Lenny D’Wayne) stepped in to help get it released on his record label, You Will Thank Us Later. He helped me to stop paving the Gray Avenue.

 

I can't give enough thanks to Leonard for all the help. For believing in me, the song, providing the guitar on the track, as well as mixing and mastering it. Also, I want to extend a huge thanks to my label, You Will Thank Us Later, for getting it out into the world. It has truly been a blessing in my life.”
